This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping practices for all orders placed on axify.online, operated by ELIZABETH ANNE HEALY. I am committed to ensuring a reliable and transparent shipping experience for my customers.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment.

  • Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on a business day (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • For items with specific processing times (e.g., “pre-order,” “made to order”), the timeframe listed on the product page will apply.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

  • Shipping Methods:​ I primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available options will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Costs:​ Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

    • Free Shipping:​ I offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check the website or your cart for the current threshold.

    • Orders below this amount will incur shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping

  • Available Destinations:​ At this time, I can only ship to a select list of countries. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout to see if your country is supported.

  • Shipping Costs & Import Duties:​ All international shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that I am not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country’s government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery Times:​ International delivery times will vary significantly by destination and customs processing. I will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

  • Due to an error on my part​ (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product): I will cover the return shipping costs and, if applicable, the cost to ship the correct item to you.

  • Customer-initiated returns/exchanges​ (e.g., change of mind, size issue): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in its original condition, I will process the exchange or refund.

  • Undeliverable Packages:​ If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or due to repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

7. Risk of Loss

The responsibility for the goods passes to you once I deliver the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
