The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked “final sale” or purchased at a discounted/clearance price.
