  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked “final sale” or purchased at a discounted/clearance price.
